FYI - to everyone
as per the host of the RATS server :
"I'm afraid there isn't anything we can do in this case. Valve released a broken update last night, which is causing any linux based CSS server to fail to start up. Until they release a fixed version of the update, your server will be down"
This should not effect any other servers ... unless they are rebooted (and auto-update)
I will keep a very close eye on this
